The Creamery

This is our clean room. No street shoes allowed in here. We strain, bottle and chill the milk in here. Our labeling table is in here also. It is a cheery little room to work in. Hopefully we will perfect our artisan cheesemaking in this room also. We should begin test batches this summer as our milk flow outgrows our sales. Watch for cheese this fall!
